Welcome to "La Brisa Azul", a great vacation rental in a versatile location. Within 20 minutes you are on the lively boulevard of Alicante or walk in 15 minutes to one of the most beautiful azure beaches of the Costa Blanca, Playa Carabassi.
La Brisa Azul literally means "The blue breeze". The fresh colors of the sea and the beach can be found in the attractive house in which you are fully equipped. Everyone has been thought of in this house, even for the youngest holidaymaker, all amenities are available.

The living room
A soothing and cozy space that exudes the atmosphere of sea and beach. There is a nice sitting area with sofa and armchair. Via the smart TV you have the opportunity to watch your favorite series on Netflix and on the IPtv smarters app you can watch every international channel. For the children there is a nice toy basket. In the TV cabinet, you will find some games for young and old. …
Surroundings
The beach
Gran Alacant has 2 pearls of beaches, Carabassi Playa and Playas de Elche. There are plenty of facilities for a wonderful day of enjoyment. Summer also brings colorful beach bars, where you can get something tasty to eat or drink.
Tabarca isle
The fishing island of Tabarca is located just off the coast of Santa Pola, is 0.3 km2 in size and has only 59 inhabitants. From Santa Pola harbor, the ferry takes you to this enchanting retreat, where you can snorkel and eat at authentic seafood restaurants.
Alicante town
Alicante is the largest beach in the nearby region. The city is characterized by a spectacular castle atop Mount Benacantil. Stroll along the wide boulevard and enjoy the countless terraces that this Mediterranean city has to offer.
Shopping center
The "Centro Comercial" is a shopping center where you can go for almost everything such as supermarkets, a drugstore and restaurants. You will find the Centro Commercial on the outskirts of Gran Alacant, where you drive into the village.
Restaurants
Gran Alacant is said to have 80 restaurants! Whatever cuisine you prefer, there is plenty of choice. Tapasrestaurant Atipico is highly recommended.
Local Market
On Thursdays the weekly market is from 09.00-14.00. There are around 90 stalls selling all kinds of produce, from fresh food to leather goods and clothing. You can find the market on Calle Antonita Sanchis Boades. This is close to the Aldi and the Gabe market.
The tourist train
The tourist train has 12 stops on a round trip around Gran Alacant, allowing you to admire the charm of Gran Alacant. In addition, the train will take you to the shopping areas, sights and the beautiful Carabassi beach. For more information about the train, please visit www.mygranalacant.com
Nature reserve "El Clot de Calvany"
"El Clot" is a beautiful nature reserve on the north side of Gran Alacant, near the Carabassi beach. Here you can go for beautiful walks and admire wild animals.
Skywalk & Lighthouse – Mirador del Far de Santa Pola
Between Gran Alacant and Santa Pola you will find the lighthouse of Santa Pola. There is a 100m long skywalk bridge which offers spectacular views of the entire coastline and the island of Tabarca.
Paragliding
See Gran Alacant from above. Do you like adrenaline? Then a tandem somersault with an experienced paraglider is a must!

Cycling in Alicante

Santa Pola
A welcoming harbour and boulevard make Santa Pola worth a visit. Sit on the terrace, visit the beautiful beaches, or watch flamingos in the beautiful Las Salinas nature reserve.
Pola Park
Just a 10-minute drive away you will find the Pola Park. This is a small-scale amusement park for children up to about 12 years old. There are all kinds of fun attractions, food stalls and shows.

Elche
A 20-minute drive away is Elche, an originally Arab city, which is reflected in the baroque architecture. Do you like shopping? Indulge yourself in Elche. Browse the shops in the city center or visit the large shopping center L'Aljub.
Rio Safari Elche
Rio Safari Elche is a small zoo with a number of shows, a train tour and a pool to cool off. The park is surrounded by palm trees and is 4 km from Santa Pola.
Torrevieja
The tourist port of Torrevieja is a 30-minute drive away. In addition to a pleasant boulevard, museums, shopping centers and beautiful beaches, Torrevieja is also characterized by 2 beautiful salt lakes that sometimes turn pink.
Waterparcs Torrevieja
Torrevieja has 2 fun water parks, suitable for both the young and the older swimming fanatic.

About the host
Hola! We are Rafael and Natalie. Together with our 2 children, we followed our Spanish dream in 2024. We bought this nice townhouse to use as a holiday home and enjoy everything the area has to offer.
We fell in love with this picturesque village on the Costa Blanca and have done our best to create a nice atmosphere so that hopefully you will feel at home and have a great holiday, just like us.

Een heerlijk verblijf was het in La Brisa Azul!
Het heeft een rustige ligging, van alle gemakken voorzien en dichtbij het strand (loopafstand). Het zwembad is ook om de hoek. 's Avonds hebben we lekkerste tapas gegeten in de omgeving en ook het centrum van Alicante is dichtbij!
